What we do
Loud and Clear provides independent support and information to people using, or seeking to use, mental health services in North West London. We strive to promote the voices and the rights of people whose lives are affected by their mental health, and do our best to ensure that they can voice their concerns in a safe, supported environment, free from stigma and discrimination.

We do this in a respectful, responsive way and always keep the people we support at the heart of our work.
We seek to establish a culture in which people whose lives are affected by their mental health can voice concerns in a safe and supported environment, free from stigma and discrimination.
