Our Services
This year, 2009, Loud & Clear is celebrating 10 years of helping mental health service users in North West London.
Since we started out, advocacy and user involvement have become increasingly mainstream. Patients' voices are finally being heard, and we are very pleased to have been agents for change in this movement.
We're proud to be involved in so many different projects, and to have stuck to our vision.

Advocacy in Harrow

Advocacy in Brent
A similar service for clients in Brent.
Advocacy for Older People
Improving the hospital inpatient experience of our older clients, and supporting them in their local community.
Ealing User Involvement Service
Involving mental health service users in evaluating the services at Ealing Hospital.
Pathways Project
Pathways helps people who find it difficult to access services, and supports them in making informed choices about their care.
Volunteer Involvement Programme
Our volunteer programme helps service users work on their skills, with the aim of going into training and future employment.
Support for Commissioners and Advocacy Providers

IMHA Services
We now also offer Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) Services, as defined under the 2007 amendments to the 1983 Mental Health Act.
