Advocacy in Harrow
Advocacy in Harrow provides support and information to people who use mental health services in the London Borough of Harrow. It's all about helping our clients take an increasingly active and informed role in determining their care and treatment, and supporting them while they build their lives in their local community.
We also provide an advocacy service at Northwick Park Hospital, offering support to our clients during ward rounds and care planning meetings.
Our current plans include:
- Developing a specialist project with people in long-term rehabilitation centres.
- Setting up the Independent Mental Health Act Advocacy Project at Northwick Park Hospital.
