Support for commissioners and advocacy providers

Advocacy

Diverse group having a meetingWe provide advocacy services, commissioned on an hourly cost-per-case basis or through annual service level agreements. Our main client groups are mental health service users and older people. Advocates are suitably trained and are qualified to provide Independent Mental Health Advocacy services.

User Involvement

We provide a range of activities that enable clients to get involved in influencing the monitoring and commissioning of the mental health services they use. Our services are available on an individual project basis, or through annual service level agreements.

User Focused Monitoring

Our User Focused Monitoring Service provides training to people who use mental health services, and helps them carry out research using the model developed by the Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health.

Complaints and Serious Untoward Incidents

Our experienced staff at Loud and Clear are able to provide support with investigations into complaints and Serious Untoward Incidents. Our long experience of working in mental health enables us to provide a user-focused and independent perspective on incidents that have occurred, and the lessons that can be learned from them.
